This guide is for resetting your standard password used to log into your town-issued laptop or desktop. This password is also used to log into Office.com for web-based Office applications. 

1) If you remember your old/current password and wish to change your password before the expiration date: ctrl + alt + delete while your computer is unlocked. Select "Change a Password". Fill in the required fields and hit "Enter". 

2) If you have forgotten your old/current password you can submit a helpdesk ticket or call the helpdesk directly at 703-737-7003

3) Passwords can also be reset online at https://www.office.com/ - Enter your example@leesburgva.gov email, use your security key or other security option to sign in. Once you have signed in, select your profile on the top-right of the page, select "View Account", then select "Change Password". You will need to know your old password.
