2) Created Time
3) Ticket ID
4) Requester Email
5) Requester Name
6) Agent
7) Status
8) Subject Ticket summaries should be from start of calendar year (1/1/20XX) through current date. Summaries will be sent every Friday by End of Day (EOD) and will be sent in a CSV or Excel format. Written by Kyle Albright 6/7/2024
